• The following rates apply for up to 4 persons. For more than 4 persons, there is an additional $10 per person per day, or $60/week. Maximum capacity may not be exceeded.
• Applicable Colorado taxes total 8.8%
• There is a $50 cleaning fee during holidays and spring break
• Three night minimum preferred; two-night stays with cleaning fee
• Pets allowed in some units, with agreement to Association / Owner rules
  $150 damage security deposit and $25 pet cleaning fee

Deposit and Payments:

• A deposit of 50% of the basic rate reserves a unit. The balance amount (remaining 50%, taxes & fees) is due two weeks prior to your date of arrival
• We do not take credit cards.
• Personal checks or money orders should be payable to "Aspenwinds" and

• Upon receipt of your balance payment, you will receive an access code for the unit which allows you to enter the unit at any time of arrival after 2:00 p.m.
• Check-out is 10:00 a.m.
  

Cancellation Policy:

• Deposits are fully refundable until 2 weeks prior to the scheduled date of arrival
• Deposits will not be refunded for later cancellations unless the unit is fully re-booked.
